Job Summary: As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an automation sequence guide that drives traffic to our masterclass. Your main goal will be to create a comprehensive customer experience (CX) journey and email direct marketing (EDM) funnel that effectively engages potential attendees and converts them into participants. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an automation sequence guide tailored to drive traffic to our masterclass. Create a detailed CX journey/EDM funnel that maps out the customer experience from initial contact to masterclass attendance. Design the automation flow as a visual diagram for easy understanding and implementation. Utilize CRM software and tools to build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure cohesive customer messaging. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and email marketing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role. Proficiency in CRM software and tools. Strong understanding of automation sequences and customer journey mapping. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with creating visual diagrams for automation flows.
