Job DescriptionAs a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our 1-to-1 customer relationship marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, SMS, web, and social media. You will use customer data to deliver targeted, personalised marketing initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement 1-to-1 marketing campaigns across email, SMS, web, and social media.Manage Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to harness customer insights and enhance marketing strategies.Leverage predictive modelling to anticipate customer needs and optimise personalised marketing efforts.Build and optimise customer journeys, focusing on engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies with wider marketing initiatives.Continuously analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.Requirements: 10+ years of experience in customer relationship marketing with a focus on 1-to-1 marketing.Strong background in email, SMS, web, and social media marketing.Extensive experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud and Tableau would be highly regarded.Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and optimise marketing campaigns.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.How to Apply: If you're ready to take the next step in your career and make an impact at Lite n' Easy then Apply now, we'd love to hear from you!
