About the RoleThe CRM Solution Architect will lead the design and solution architecture for CRM systems, primarily within the Dynamics365 ecosystem, supporting the client's digital transformation initiatives. This role involves both strategic oversight and hands-on architectural development to ensure that CRM solutions meet government standards and are aligned with the department's enterprise architecture principles. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, providing expertise in solution design, technical guidance, and system integration, ensuring cohesive solutions that align with broader digital service standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture Development: Design and update high-level solution architectures for Dynamics365-based systems, producing detailed application architecture guidance.Requirements Analysis: Conduct impact analysis based on user and stakeholder requirements, ensuring that solutions meet needs and adhere to standards.Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction to developers and support integration efforts to maintain consistency and integrity.Collaboration & Integration: Liaise with other solution architects and delivery teams to ensure system compatibility and integration with department-wide solutions.Architecture Alignment: Ensure alignment with the DTA's Digital Service Standard and key enterprise architecture principles, such as reusability, configuration over customization, and data openness.Agile Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to an agile team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork across functional groups.Essential CriteriaTechnical Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical aspects of project and operational tasks.Dynamics365 Expertise: Strong background and understanding of Dynamics365 technologies and architectures.Enterprise System Architecture Experience: At least 3 years of experience in designing and documenting architectures for large-scale enterprise systems.Application & Integration Architecture Proficiency: Extensive experience in application and integration architecture.Desirable CriteriaStakeholder Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with and engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Agile Environment Experience: Proven experience working within agile teams, collaborating effectively with skilled technical professionals.ContactFor a confidential chat, please contact Anissa on 0484 568 *** or via email at ******.
