CRM Officer – 12-month contract, full time, based Melbourne
Healthscope is seeking an experienced and motivated CRM Officer to support our growth agenda through expert management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - Salesforce.
This role is pivotal in implementing and maintaining streamlined processes to ensure optimal use of Salesforce across the organisation.
You will facilitate comprehensive education and training in Salesforce, generate market insights and trends through automated data and reporting, and provide essential technical support in collaboration with our IT team.
As the CRM Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Salesforce administration and maintenance Process implementation and optimisation Education and training Reporting and analytics User support, issue resolution and continuous process improvement Minimum Requirements:
Salesforce Administration: 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator or in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing and optimising CRM environments.
Data Management: Experience with data management practices, including data imports, exports, deduplication and data integrity.
User Support and Training: Demonstrated experience in providing user support and training, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively.
Process Improvement: Proven experience in developing and implementing process improvements, workflows, and automation within Salesforce.
Reporting and Analytics: Experience in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
System Integration: Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications, using tools such as APIs, middleware, or third-party connectors.
Project Management: Basic project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
