This role requires a strong ability to analyze customer data and market trends to tailor personalized marketing campaigns and communications.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with broader marketing objectives and drive growth by identifying new opportunities in customer engagement.The opportunityStrategy and Brand InnovationDevelop and implement segmentation strategies using customer demographics, behavior, and purchasing patterns.Use data analytics to segment customers into meaningful groups, enabling targeted marketing strategies.Design and implement targeting strategies to personalize marketing campaigns and communications to reach specific segments.Identify and engage new or underserved segments and markets based on analytical insights.Collaborate with product development, sales, and broader marketing teams to integrate market insights and customer feedback.Analyze internal data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for customer engagement and growth.Stay updated on CRM software advancements and evaluate potential new tools or features.Creative Production and Design ExcellenceOversee the optimization of CRM tools, recommend enhancements, and lead experimental methods such as A/B testing.Monitor and optimize targeting approaches based on campaign performance and customer feedback.Develop dashboards and regular reports on CRM activities, providing insights into the effectiveness of segmentation and targeting strategies.Train and empower team members to leverage these insights for data-driven decision-making.Encourage an atmosphere of peer-to-peer sharing & learning.Skills, Knowledge and AbilitiesBachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, statistics, information systems, or a related field.Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with marketing, including two (2) to three (3) years of hands-on experience with CRM.Proven experience in CRM segmentation analysis and strategy development.Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and methodologies.Experience with CRM Systems for marketing automation and customer insights.Strong passion for data management and creating customer journey campaigns.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.Experience with digital marketing, e-commerce, and campaign management (an asset).Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel) required.Excellent communication skills; fluent in French and English (oral & written) required.Bonus: knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.What's in it for you…Work/Life Balance - 37.50 hour workweek with early Fridays, PTO and vacation policy.Invest in your health – Choice of modular plans, health spending account and free Telemedicine.Flexible work environment – Hybrid work schedule with home office reimbursement program.Your Future is Bright – Opportunities to learn and grow within Medisca.Save for your Future – Medisca contributes to a deferred profit sharing plan (DPSP) when you invest in RRSPs.Help us grow – Employee Referral Program.Central location - Free parking/accessible by public transportation.We like to have fun – company events throughout the year.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only candidates to be interviewed will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
