The Role As the CRM Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing the design, delivery and optimisation of key customer lifecycle campaigns designed to uplift customer experience and drive commercial outcomes.You will manage end-to-end activities, from building audience segments through to implementation of our tactical campaign and automated journeys.
You will be strategic, agile and customer first, with proven experience in using data to drive innovative campaigns that deliver conversion and retention uplift.

The role will require you to:
Develop the campaign strategy for G'day Parks lifecycle programsLeverage insights for improved conversion within key marketsIdeating, writing and executing seamless and effective customer journeys to drive acquisition, optimise retention and develop lifetime valueAudience management / segmentation and campaign optimisation; reviewing performance of cohorts within behavioural / trigger-based campaigns and automated journeysYour Experience To be successful in the role you will ideally have Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant discipline.You will be strategic, customer focused and understand the importance of analytics.You will be technologically savvy with an ability to optimally operate multiple programs concurrently.
You will consider your communication skills, both written and verbal, one of your strengths and pride yourself on your stakeholder engagement skills.You will thrive in a fast-paced and outcome focused environment and have a can-do attitude.
You will be naturally curious and possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative and flexibility to be successful in meeting the business demands at G'day Parks. Your naturally upbeat and open style will fit our cultural values.
