The Role:
Are you a CRM professional who thrives on leveraging data and technology to drive strategic engagement and sustainable impact? Being the CRM Marketing Specialist, you will lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of the CRM system, empowering the business to build stronger partnerships and deliver meaningful communications across diverse projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: CRM Strategy & Implementation: Enhance and execute our CRM and Segmentation strategies and create campaigns to streamline personalised communication and strengthen relationships and drive loyalty with key partners and attract new members.Data Management & Insights: Oversee data collection and analysis to generate actionable insights that support informed decision-making and enhance engagement with partners committed to sustainability and innovation.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our CRM system aligns with stakeholder needs, fostering data-driven connections that promote sustainable outcomes.Process Improvement: Continuously enhance CRM processes to maximize efficiency, data accuracy, and usability, ensuring the system aligns with our mission and organizational goals.Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices, driving company-wide adoption and maximizing the system's effectiveness.Prior experience: CRM Expertise: Proven experience in CRM marketing, with a strong track record of using CRM tools to improve stakeholder engagement and drive impactful outcomes.Analytical Skills: Expertise in data analysis and insights generation, enabling data-driven strategies and decision-making.Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with diverse partners, both internal and external.Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM platforms, including experience with implementation, template design, audience development and process improvement.
