The Role We're searching for a brilliant CRM & Marketing Growth Coordinator. You will support the CRM Lead in executing key customer communication strategies, with a focus on optimising engagement and driving growth. This role will be pivotal in managing communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The role will also assist in optimising digi media campaigns and website performance using Contentful, our CMS tool. You will be responsible for: Collaborating closely with the CRM Lead to manage and execute deliverables across Direct and Broker brands. Assisting with the execution of comms including content and asset creation, data preparation, journey builds and testing. Optimising lead capture, marketing automations and customer lifecycle journeys. Assisting in database management to ensure best practice for data hygiene and campaign performance. Contributing to the Growth and Lifecycle comms strategy. Day-to-day management of our website via Contentful including product management, content optimisations and SEO. Supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of digi marketing campaigns across multiple channels i.e. Meta and Google. Collaborating in the creation and segmentation of customer journeys to drive personalised messaging. Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on website and CRM performance, leveraging data-driven insights to shape the growth strategy and tactics, optimise the sales funnel and customer lifecycle journeys. Contributing to team reporting as needed e.g. board papers, monthly and campaign reporting. Reviewing and responding to replies: Social comment replies - FB and IG. Monitoring and responding to our AAA customer group on FB. Managing requests and questions from other business divisions in relation to comms. Does this sound like you? You're a do-er who can work as part of a team, and also function well as a solo act to get things done. Brilliant organisation and time management skills with the proven ability to manage and deliver multiple campaigns or projects. You're a great communicator – verbally and with the written word. Excellent attention to detail and proficient with data manipulation. You are proactive, ambitious and a fast learner. Highly collaborative, able to work across multiple, concurrent work streams. You are efficient, organised and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working to tight deadlines. What you'll need for this role You have a Bachelors, Masters or TAFE course in marketing or related field. You have 3 - 5 years marketing experience, ideally agency side or in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably SFMC. A knack for copywriting and producing A grade content in all formats. Proven track record of managing and optimising digi marketing campaigns. Experienced in website content management and optimisations using CMS platforms, preferably Contentful. HTML, CSS and SQL experience is highly regarded but not essential. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation and targeting communication strategies. Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and business objectives. Experience working in an agile environment.
