About the teamColes Loyalty is the team tasked with connecting directly with and understanding our customers better.
We work hand in hand with the Flybuys team which enables that direct communication; as well as the Coles 360 team in managing supplier strategy, communication and budget.

Retail media globally is experiencing exponential growth and we are accelerating our Loyalty offering to help us deliver on ambitious growth targets.
If you're ready for a diverse and dynamic challenge, this 9-month fixed-term full-time contract CRM Manager role within our Loyalty team is for you!
What you'll be doingYou'll oversee supplier relationships with a focus on driving commercial outcomes and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Reporting to our Commercial Manager, you'll be empowered to develop and deliver impactful Coles Suppliers' targeted marketing strategies utilising Flybuys.
You'll alsoPartner with Coles 360 in driving supplier media revenue through the Flybuys channel.Deliver a seamless and proactive service to stakeholders (Coles360, Coles Suppliers, Coles Category teams).Identify opportunities where supplier activity can benefit Coles Loyalty marketing.What you bringWith 3+ years' experience in Digital Marketing/ Loyalty/ CRM, you'll come from an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
You'll have a strong understanding of digital and direct marketing techniques and their impact on customer behaviour.
