We strive to put hearing care on the health care agenda and to improve the quality of life of people living with hearing loss.The Role:As a CRM Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on a range of customer retention and continuity campaigns for Audika. This includes day-to-day CRM campaign management with a focus on customising customer journeys, optimising customer segmentation, and determining the most effective channels for audience engagement. Your role will involve data-mining to map the optimal customer journey and tailor campaigns to specific channels and targeted audiences.Responsibilities:Ensure budgeted financial goals in CRM categories are met, providing inputs for reforecasting and the annual budget.Contribute to the development and optimisation of CRM strategy to exceed revenue targets through customisation of channel-based continuity programs.Act as the Microsoft CRM expert, utilising campaign automation, templates, and customer data for campaign and channel optimisation.Manage end-to-end customer continuity and retention campaigns, including idea generation, proposal prep, customisation, production, and results monitoring.Analyse campaign outcomes with Business Intelligence, providing insights to guide decisions and improvements across different channels.Collaborate with the Contact Centre to optimise channel performance, reduce costs, and shift to more efficient channels like email and SMS.Partner with Marketing, Contact Centre, and Retail teams to enhance customer retention, lifetime value, and channel-specific customer segment profiles.You will be successful in this role if you have:Strong experience in Direct Marketing, Lead Generation, and CRM activation across multiple channels and touchpoints.Skilled in creating consumer journeys, customising channel strategies, and database segmentation.Excellent verbal, written communication, and analytical skills to turn insights into actionable channel strategies.Problem-solving ability to make informed recommendations and decisions across multiple channels.Knowledge of digital marketing automation and CRM database systems, with experience in customising campaign delivery across channels.4+ years in CRM marketing campaign development and execution.Strong direct response marketing and lead generation experience across various channels.Proven ability to foster external relationships and tailor campaigns to different channel needs.Preferred background in Retail, Insurance, Financial Services, or Health Care marketing.What's in it for you:Permanent, Full timeHybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and 2 days at homeCompetitive Remuneration Package + Super'MyRewards program – a program that offers discounts to more than 300 retailers and services across AustraliaOnline Wellbeing centre – a platform offering activities, workouts, meditations, nutritional and financial advice – everything you need to live a healthier and happier lifeNovated LeasingEmployee Assistance ProgramBirthday and Christmas giftsOur Values:Audika is proud to have a diverse and inclusive culture that acknowledges and respects our employees.We are a team of professionals who bring the importance of sound to life and connect our clients through our hearing products.We believe that it all starts from our employees, who make this happen.
