About the role Reporting to the Global CRM Manager, this role plays a vital part in driving member engagement and loyalty through impactful CRM communications across ANZ.
You'll manage and execute member communications across multiple channels, including eDM, SMS, MMS, and automated customer journeys, ensuring an exceptional and personalised experience for our members.
Note: This is a 9-month full-time fixed-term role Take ownership of key areas in the CRM calendar, working closely with teams to brief, plan, and deliver campaigns on time. Design engaging, tailored member communications in collaboration with teams such as DTC, Brand, and Loyalty. Leverage data-driven insights to deliver targeted content through email, SMS, and digital advertising for maximum impact. Continuously refine and enhance lifecycle journeys, such as onboarding and re-engagement, to improve member satisfaction and retention. Analyse campaign performance, share actionable insights and contribute to strategies that drive measurable growth. About you We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional, customer-centric communications.
With a strong understanding of data, eCommerce, and digital marketing, you excel at balancing customer experience with business objectives.
Strong oral and written communication skills with a creative flair for collaboration. High attention to detail, with experience in content proofing or editing. Proven ability to manage competing deadlines with strong organisational and time management skills. High data literacy and understanding of the consumer lifecycle. Knowledge or interest in wine, luxury trends, and customer expectations is highly regarded.
