CRM Developer - Digital Transformation Location: Adelaide/Brisbane/Canberra/Melbourne/Sydney - Hybrid working conditions currently available

About the Role: As a CRM Developer for Export Market Development Grants (EMDG), you will play a key role in implementing innovative business solutions. This opportunity involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, using agile principles to deliver client-centric solutions. Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, .NET Core, and cloud platforms will contribute to the success of our digital transformation program.
Responsibilities: Provide Dynamics CRM specific recommendations within the solution.Undertake software development with a focus on Dynamics CRM.Perform system analysis, investigate technical problems, and document relevant issues.Liaise with business users and project stakeholders on technical and non-technical matters.Work closely with team members, contributing to team process and skill improvements.Requirements: Essential: Australian citizenship is mandatory.Baseline security clearance required.Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications.Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions developer.Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Experience in configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365.Experience in D365 Customer Engagement, especially Customer Service.Experience in extending and automating D365 using Power Automate, business process flows, business rules, JavaScript, plugins, functions apps/Logic apps/Canvas apps, and consuming Web APIs.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication skills at technical, business, and personal levels.Experience working in a team or organization using agile principles, practices, or frameworks.Desirable: Experience creating and maintaining DevOps build and release pipelines.Experience building web apps with ASP.Net Core and ReactJS.To be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Brice Laravoire on 02 6151 9214 or email ****** and quote the above job reference number.
