Full Time 38 hours per week, Ongoing Onsite at our Warrnambool Campus Commencing in March 2025 $82,086 per annum, plus superannuation The CRM Database Administrator is responsible overall successful ongoing implementation, administration, maintenance, monitoring and user support of SWTAFE's Salesforce platform and associated applications.
The CRM Database Administrator is responsible for seeking improvements and assistance from Salesforce support consultants and other TAFE organisations.
To be successful in this role, you will have: A Salesforce Administration Certification with substantial experience in Salesforce administration, customer experience and/or sales processes and workflows Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports Understanding of Salesforce Lightning component A proactive attitude to platform enhancements Previous experience working in the Vocational Education and Training Sector About us SWTAFE is the leading vocational education provider in South West Victoria.
