Aristocrat Interactive is looking for a highly motivated CRM Coordinator.
What You'll DoManage execution of all CRM projects and marketing activities.
Perform end-to-end monitoring of campaign execution & performance.
Compile and present reports on CRM stats – deliverability, open and click rates etc.
Optimize customer promotional journeys and experience.
Utilize customer list management skills for A/B testing and segmentation to discover best practices within each customer segment.
Build & Create CRM email templates and marketing materials.
Implement automated CRM programs for agreed campaigns.

What We're Looking ForGood written and verbal English.
BA/BSc in Marketing or equivalent – an advantage.
Experience in editing HTML as well as being competent in Excel.
Excellent project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to effectively plan work tasks to meet deadlines. Strong initiative.
You are responsible, detail-oriented, well organized, and independent, whilst also being able to learn quickly.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to see the big picture while maintaining high attention to detail.
Experience with WordPress for website updates and management – an advantage.
Proficiency in Canva for design and content creation – an advantage.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
You are a multi-tasking master, possess great interpersonal skills & are a team player!
