What You'll Do: Campaign Management: Collaborate with Marketing and external teams to set the Email Marketing calendar and manage the end-to-end process from strategy to execution and analysis. Execution: Build, test, and launch well thought personalised strategies via Salesforce, overseeing audience segmentation, eDMs, SMS & App and communication templates. Segmentation & Messaging: Execute targeted campaigns through SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging to reach customers across various channels. Data & Insights: Analyse campaign results with our ecomm team and identify actionable insights to improve program performance. Monitor dashboards, package data for reporting, and optimize campaigns based on insights. Loyalty Optimization: Support our White Fox Loyalty Club strategies, manage email and messaging programs, sales and come up with new and innovative ways to engage our customers, ensuring our Loyalty Club members are always front and centre across all campaigns. Liaise with external companies on tasks whilst delivering key insights and ensure timely project delivery. What You'll Bring: Experience in a CRM/Loyalty role 1-2 years with a proven track record in customer journey management, segmentation, and testing strategies. Strong project management and collaboration skills. Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred. Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
