About the Role: Grill'd Healthy Burgers is searching for a passionate and highly productive CRM Coordinator to join our team. You will support the CRM & Loyalty Specialist and our broader digital team in developing and implementing customer-centric strategies that will help build the next generation of Grill'd fans.
In this exciting position, you'll play a key role in managing Grill'd's leading loyalty program, Relish. As the CRM Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing our campaign offerings and championing our members by executing loyalty and CRM strategies.
What You'll Do: Campaign Management: Collaborate with Brand and Local Area Marketing teams to set the Email Marketing calendar and manage the end-to-end process from strategy to execution and analysis.Execution: Build, test, and launch member communications via Salesforce, overseeing audience segmentation, eDMs, and communication templates.Segmentation & Messaging: Execute targeted campaigns through SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging to reach customers across various channels.Data & Insights: Analyse campaign results with our Data team and identify actionable insights to improve program performance. Monitor dashboards, package data for reporting, and optimize campaigns based on insights.Loyalty Optimization: Support Relish Membership strategies, manage email and messaging programs, and ensure our members are always front and center across all campaigns.Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Liaise with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data, Legal) to deliver key insights and ensure timely project delivery.What You'll Bring: Experience in a CRM/Loyalty role, with a proven track record in customer journey management, segmentation, and testing strategies.Strong project management and collaboration skills.Experience with enterprise-grade CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce.Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Google Analytics.Knowledge of HTML & CSS is desirable.Familiarity with legal and compliance standards around customer data (e.g., GDPR, Australian Privacy Act).A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why Grill'd?
