Are you an experienced CRM specialist with a passion for customer engagement in the TV/Media industry?
Join our Customer and Revenue team to drive the commercial success of our streaming products Kayo Sports & BINGE!
We are seeking a CRM Campaign Specialist who will be responsible for building and executing customer engagement communications across Kayo Sports & BINGE.
You will utilize various channels, including Email, SMS, Push, and In-App notifications, to develop both automated and tactical campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Build, test, and execute automated and tactical campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Push, In-App notifications) to enhance customer engagement across Kayo Sports & BINGE.Support the design and delivery of campaign workflows for our A.I.
driven decisioning program.Manage the campaign processes from build to implementation, gathering requirements for campaign briefs, understanding journey flows and managing turnaround times with internal and external teams.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaign use cases are designed, tested and rolled out within our marketing automation platform according to best practice.Monitor campaign activity and deliverability and contribute to our test and learn strategy.Ensure consistency and optimization of creative assets across all channels, maintaining high-quality standards.Qualifications and Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar CRM role (TV, Media industry highly desirable).Experience with CRM and marketing automation platform Braze.Strong data-driven marketing skills, including experience handling data sets and campaign tracking.Basic knowledge of HTML for email design and experience in campaign execution and optimization.Sound understanding of databases and data-driven marketing, and competent in handling data sets.Strong communicator and team player, with the ability and confidence to present and influence stakeholders, collaborate effectively and to build strong relationships.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Love for Entertainment, Sport, Media landscape - we're big believers in knowing the product and knowing the customer.At Kayo Sports and BINGE, you'll be part of a vibrant team that values creativity and innovation.
