Role Summary: The CRM and Systems Administrator plays a key role within Eftsure's sales strategy and operations department as the custodian of our CRM and sales systems enabling our continued growth and success.
The administrator oversees Eftsure's CRM's and system's functionality, customising them to fit the company's needs and periodically assesses their fit and usability based on the evolving needs of the business.
The administrator also manages user access, creates and overseas cross-system integrations, and provides technical support to users of the systems.
As a valued member of the Eftsure team, your responsibilities will be to: Understanding the strategic priorities of the business, commercial operation, challenges, and objectives of each team; improving their operation through CRM and sales systems administration and consultation Providing system administration support for the CRM and sales systems, focusing on user permissions, custom objects, workflows and automation Creating, managing, and optimising complex automations, workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes Creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, datasets, and dashboards Analysing data to provide insights into team operation, effectiveness, and productivity Working closely with other team members to capture business requirements and implement CRM and systems solutions Coordinating and managing integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools Supporting daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, user adoption, training, and documentation Identifying and resolving data anomalies, maintaining high data integrity Proactively work to identify gaps and opportunities in our sales process and systems and collaborate with the broader team to develop and implement innovative solutions Requirements (skills and experience): Bachelor's degree in software engineering, business administration or related fields 3+ years of CRM administration experience (e.g.
HubSpot, Salesforce) with a strong technical and analytical background Experience in developing, testing and implementing system improvements, customisations, and automations Ability to lead a project team to ensure effective delivery within scope and expectations Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, system improvements and operational decisions Leadership acumen and ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise deadlines and effectively manage competing requests At Eftsure we have a culture that demonstrates that our employees are our priority.
