Crm Administrator (6-Month Contract)

We are seeking an experienced CRM Administrator to join our team on a six-month contract basis, covering a period of parental leave. Based in North Sydney, this role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our Dynamics 365 CRM system, ensuring it aligns with business goals and enhances our customer relationship processes.

About the role As our CRM Administrator, you'll be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and support of the Dynamics 365 CRM system. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that the CRM system is effectively utilised and fully supports our business needs. Key responsibilities include:
System Configuration & Customisation: Align the CRM system with business processes by designing and implementing custom entities, workflows, business rules, and plugins.CRM Training for the Cross-Functional Teams: Training other GWA teams on CRM functionality including updating opportunities, contacts and accounts.User Management & Support: Maintain user profiles, ensuring roles, hierarchies, account ownership, and opportunities are set up accurately. Provide user support, training, and guidance.Data Quality & Governance: Oversee data integrity within the CRM, managing imports, exports, and accuracy checks to maintain consistency.Collaborate with IT & Development Teams: Work closely with technical teams to align data structure and flow with governance standards and business applications.Events & Program Support: Set up and manage CRM programs, such as plumber training events, to support departmental needs.Documentation & Training Materials: Create and update system documentation, training materials, and user guides.Report & Dashboard Development: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into CRM data, tailoring them to business requirements.Support Sales Priorities: Configure fields, opportunities, and appointments to align with sales cycles and strategic goals.About you To excel in this role, you should bring:
Experience in CRM Administration including Knowledge of CRM Best Practices: Previous experience as a CRM Administrator including a deep understanding of CRM architecture, best practices, and business processes; plus experience in system customisation, configuration, and data management is essential.Training Experience: Proven experience with training teams in CRM use and functionality.Communication Skills: Strong people skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across departments.Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot issues and enhance CRM functionality.Relevant Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE fundamentals certifications are a plus, though equivalent experience will also be considered.If you're detail-oriented, collaborative, and ready to take on a hands-on role that supports a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you.
