The Nurse Educator Critical Care (ED) is a clinical leadership position, responsible for coordinating and facilitating education opportunities to advance the professional development of the nursing team. This hands-on position supports learners along the continuum and in all areas of the Emergency Department.A member of the Clinical Learning and Development team, the Nurse Educator Critical Care (ED) is integral to workforce development at Mildura Base Public Hospital, and you will also have the opportunity to contribute to, and be involved in, organization-wide educational programs.About YouPassionate about educating and supporting the nursing workforce, you will have innovative thinking, be solution-oriented, and self-motivated.
