YOUR ROLEAs a Crisis Management Specialist, you will enhance and maintain IAG's readiness to respond to a crisis or critical incident.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating the Group Crisis Management Program, scheduling of activities, maintaining the currency of plans, meetings, minutes, and tracking of actions.
You will provide active support in developing crisis exercises and in response to a critical incident or crisis including after-hours support.
Additionally, you will lead training, education, and onboarding for Crisis Management and Critical Incident team members to ensure continuity.
Staying current with requirements and crisis management trends through active participation in industry forums is also key to this role.
This is a permanent position based in Sydney or Melbourne.
ABOUT YOUExperience in crisis and critical incident response within financial services.Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage across all management levels.Clear communication skills and calmness under pressure.Skilled in collaborative problem-solving for common goals.Ability to translate external changes into internal strategies.Degree or relevant qualifications in Business Resilience, with experience in General Insurance, Banking, or Government.Applications close on Friday 29 November 2024 at 23:59pm.
