Create impact as a Crisis Management Specialist.Join the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand, Insurance, so much more than you think.YOUR ROLEAs a Crisis Management Specialist, you will enhance and maintain IAG's readiness to respond to a crisis or critical incident.Your responsibilities will include coordinating the Group Crisis Management Program, scheduling of activities, maintaining the currency of plans, meetings, minutes, and tracking of actions.You will provide active support in developing crisis exercises and in response to a critical incident or crisis including after-hours support. Additionally, you will lead training, education, and onboarding for Crisis Management and Critical Incident team members to ensure continuity.
