This role provides comprehensive support to the Crewing team with personnel logistics and supporting the employment lifecycle.
This is a 6-month fixed-term full-time position, based in our Perth CBD office, Western Australia, with potential for extension or permanency.
Key Responsibilities: Data entry on all successful recruitment applications.Managing a confidential database of personnel qualifications, private information, and training particulars.Process large quantities of expense claims for crew.Roster allocations for crew to vessels.Preparation of client-specific reporting and sea service letters.Develop routine vessel-specific training checklists and matrices to ensure compliance of tickets for crew.Assess the training matrix report and manage gaps identified.Obtain flag state approval for tickets when sailing on a non-Australian vessel.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Provide coverage as required for the team: Conduct project personnel travel logistics, mobilisation, and demobilisation crewing requirements.Provide administrative support to the crewing team.Provide out-of-hours support for logistics as required.Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Certificate or Diploma level qualification in Business Administration (desirable).Experience in the Marine industry (desirable).Relevant experience in a similar role in personnel-related logistics support.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.Proven experience in a busy project environment, dealing with conflicting priorities and deadlines.Ability to work in a team, including supporting others during peak periods in other areas of the business.Must be adaptable to changing situations, deadlines, and tasks.Ability to work with various stakeholders (office, offshore, onshore, and site).Have high attention to detail and accuracy.How to apply At MMA Offshore, we strive to foster a diverse and inclusive environment that empowers all employees to thrive and achieve their full potential.
