Join us as our new Crewing Assistant We are looking for another member to join our international Crewing Team.
The Crewing Team is accountable for resourcing and scheduling our offshore personnel across the Asia Pacific region, including our Diving, ROV, Survey & Inspection, Deck, Marine and Supervisory personnel.
As a Crewing Assistant, you will support the Crewing Coordinators with human logistics, including but not limited to assisting with visa applications, personnel manning levels and schedules, record management, onboarding, preparing employment documentation for review, and maintaining compliance reports.

Requirements Proven experience in a similar position.
The ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
High level of attention to detail, and organisational skills.
Advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite and the ability to navigate complex databases.
Continuous improvement, and solution focused mindset.
Exceptional administration skills.
