The Role Responsibilities include: People ? Provide training, guidance, development and support in all duties. Particular emphasis on safety, customer service, driving, guiding and company policy and procedures. Conduct On-road Appraisals, provide feedback and where necessary participate in counselling. Commentary delivery on and off the vehicles, engaging with guests, teamwork Driver Guides Commentary, guest engagement and teamwork Customer service All facets of operating and maintaining fleet vehicles including providing training and feedback on mechanical requirements, e.g. fan belt and tyre change. Ensure the Company's high vehicle presentation standards are maintained by all drivers under guidance. Ensure that all legislative requirements in relation to the driving of vehicles, including traffic regulations, occupational health and safety requirements are complied with. Report any problems, defects, and any other relevant information to Management.
