Why This Role Matters As the Crew Logistics Officer, you'll be at the heart of our field operations, arranging essential logistics that keep our teams ready and in motion. From rostering to travel arrangements, your coordination skills will be key in ensuring our crews are prepared, supported, and compliant every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Rostering and Scheduling: Develop and maintain crew rosters to ensure seamless field coverage. Coordinate crew rotations, adapt schedules to meet changing demands, and collaborate with supervisors to manage crew availability and leave requests. Travel Coordination: Arrange all travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transport for field-bound crew members. Communicate timely travel updates and changes to crew members. Onboarding and Compliance: Administer the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met. Coordinate internal and client-specific inductions and training for field staff. Maintain accurate records, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. Communication and Support: Be the primary point of contact for crew regarding scheduling, travel, and onboarding. Collaborate with departments to align logistics with operational objectives. Provide responsive support to crew members. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in logistics, scheduling, or HR within a field-based or remote work setting. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules and coordinate travel efficiently. Excellent communicator, able to engage with crew, department managers, and external vendors. Problem-solver with the flexibility to adapt to evolving needs and handle last-minute adjustments.
