Crew Leader - Civil

We are looking for an experienced Crew Leader, who is a natural leader with superior organisational skills and creates a safe work environment to be a part of our project team. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the candidate must have experience with roadworks & bulk earthworks projects, in supervising a small crew. 
The successful applicant will have - 
Demonstrated compliance with all safe working policies and practices at all times.Participate in, and when required, conduct toolbox and pre-start meetings.Maintain up to date knowledge of project quality requirements and stipulated outcomes for the project through specifications, plans, technical drawings and permit requirements.Actively support the Site Supervisor to meet productivity, budget and quality targets for the project.Assist in coordinating plant and material.Work closely with the Project team to ensure the project is meeting timelines and budgets.Participate in client meetings and safety inspections where required.Demonstrated experience with the operation and/or supervision earth moving machines.Subcontractor management experience.Ability to interpret drawings/plans.To be considered, you need to demonstrate the following:
