Position Overview Crest Nicholson Midlands Division are recruiting for a Site Manager to join their team at Hereford Grange in Hereford.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be reporting into the Build Manager, and will be responsible for the speedy, accurate and cost-effective planning of development sites. In this role you are expected to:
Gain a detailed understanding of the technical site and design requirements. Identify and onboard suitable sub-contractors. Ensure construction materials are resourced and stored safely and correctly on the site. Conduct critical checks across the scheme, ensuring setting out drawings, road positions, and each dwelling is accurately transferred from concept through to construction and completion. Manage the budgets while never compromising on quality and Health and Safety. Immediately bring any issues to the attention of the Build Manager. Successful candidates will have the following skills: Strong Site Management experience with a main Housebuilder Excellent time management and able to manage multiple subcontractors on site Commercially and financially aware of costing and sustainability Able to build strong working relationships Strong team and people management skills Motivated and able to engage with all levels of staff; colleagues and third parties Health and Safety focused with the ability to naturally promote a safe working environment The Company Crest Nicholson is a leading developer of quality homes and thriving, sustainable communities.
