This role will work with and support the residential credit team to meet agreed SLA's and drive customer-focused outcomes.Key AccountabilitiesCredit assessment and approval for residential loans within DLA'sLiase with valuers, solicitors, brokers, and financial advisers as requiredWorkshop scenarios with relationship managers to best meet credit guidelinesBuild positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders by attending to phone and email queries in a timely mannerPositive contribution to company culture and work environmentsAbout You2+ years of residential lending credit experience with PAYG and/or self-employed/trustsHave held a DLA currently or previously of at least $500kOutstanding communication skills both written and verbalWell-developed relationship skills which will demonstrate strong internal stakeholder management skillsExceptional attention to detail and a strong team playerNon-confirming lending experience would be desirableWhy Thinktank?We are a little bit different at Thinktank.
