Short Description: Credit Risk Consultant
As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations.
You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan.
You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Desired Skills & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
At least 10 years of experience with Financial Services sector especially Banking and Risk domain.
In depth understanding of Credit Risk Mitigation and Management domain knowledge.
In-depth understanding of Credit Assessment and analysis, Corporate Credit Origination process, Corporate Credit Risk Mitigation and Regulatory compliance.
Hands on experience of managing credit risk transformation programs.
Proficiency in data analysis tool and techniques, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and reports to support decision making processes related to credit origination processes.
Working in all stages of Software Development lifecycle.
Strong communication skills to work with various stakeholders (internal and external) for process simplification and transformation.
Develop and socialize an approach for transition from AS-IS and then TO-BE processes.
Creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
Ability to understand a problem, research and analyse options and communicate solutions to the client.
Develop options for implementing requirements during the course of normal project delivery frameworks.
Ability to work with teams towards tight delivery timelines.
Successfully performed and demonstrated results in a complex and dynamic environment.
Experience in conducting workshops and other tools for problem solving.
Preferred: Experience in Credit Origination Process, Credit Risk Management domain knowledge with a large bank experience.
Experience in Credit Origination application modernization.
Experience in Agile methodology- able to write user stories and contribute towards sprint and release planning.
Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
Experience in working with vendor teams and interfacing teams.
Experience with project management.
Analytical and Communication skills.
Planning and Co-ordination skills.
