We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Recoveries Team on a permanent full-time basis. You will be responsible for the identification and management of recovery opportunities, which will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders, making financial recommendations, and working in a collaborative and motivated team environment.
About the role: In this role you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of customers in a proactive and cost-effective manner to provide tailored repayment solutions to our valued customers.
You will utilise communication skills, negotiation techniques, investigative tools, and an understanding of collection practices to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Prior collections experience is advantageous but not required as full training will be provided.
What's involved? Hybrid working structure – 3 days office / 2 days WFH (after training).Achieving sustainable solutions for customers and their businesses by negotiating payment plans, following up on broken arrangements, and building rapport with customers.Ownership of a Recoveries ledger and working towards KPI's and targets.Interpretation and assessment of financial reporting (Balance sheets and I&E statements).Liaising with external clients (Lawyers, mercantile agents etc.).Providing phone support for internal and external stakeholders.Who we're looking for: We are looking for a committed and motivated individual who is enthusiastic, self-starting and has a great work ethic.
