Randstad has partnered with a reputable financial institution and we have an exciting opportunity to join their Operations team as a Credit Assessor.
About the role: The role of the Credit Assessor is to assist the operations team in delivering customer service excellence through managing, processing and assisting in the assessment of loan applications, as well as actioning inbound customer channels.
This is a full-time opportunity Tasks include but are not limited to: Managing, processing and assisting in the assessment of loan applications Communicating with, managing and building strong rapport with stakeholders Liaising and negotiating with stakeholders to find the best solution for clients whilst building positive relationships Maintain credit risk exposure by using quantitative and analytical skills Your skills and experience Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written Previous experience in a similar role with proven finance industry knowledge Ability to build rapport with different types of stakeholders High attention to detail and strong time management skills Ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously You thrive in a fast-paced environment Your benefits Competitive pay rate Beautiful office in central Adelaide CBD Close to public transport OR paid parking Comprehensive training provided with ongoing coaching & support to develop your skill set A vibrant, energetic workforce with lots of fun initiatives More moments to make a difference to customers Hours: 38 hours per week Monday to Friday - no weekend work!
