Job Title: Credit Portfolio Manager
Location: Sydney

Position Purpose: The Credit Portfolio Manager position is a key member of our rapidly growing team.
This role focuses on managing the overall existing loan book and all underlying clients.
It is fast-paced and multi-faceted, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:Develop an understanding of the existing portfolio and identify and resolve any potential issues with positions or clients.Manage all portfolio changes, including interest rate changes, repayments, and missed payments, ensuring smooth running of the portfolio.Work with the borrower origination team on new clients and transactions to maintain high standards as the portfolio grows.Identify process improvements and opportunities to enhance customer experience and customer return.Person Requirements:Knowledge:Demonstrated knowledge and experience in credit management.Knowledge of the Australian alternative investment market (preferably RG146 compliant).Knowledge of private credit is beneficial.Experience:5-10 years of experience in relationship management, credit, and credit analysis in financial services.Experience in non-bank lending is beneficial, with a deep understanding of credit and settlement processes.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and clients.Experience in presenting data analysis to management.Qualifications:An undergraduate degree is considered an advantage.Postgraduate qualifications will be valuable.Skills & Abilities:Credit risk analysis.Portfolio management.Data input and analysis.Ability to think clearly and logically.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Strong written communication skills.Strong team ethic and ability to engage team members and stakeholders.Self-driven and motivated to achieve, able to lead by example.Commitment to quality and ability to maintain high standards.Ability to multi-task and allocate/review priorities to meet deadlines.Work Options:Capspace encourages work flexibility in terms of days and hours worked.Staff to be in the office at least 2 days per week.Empowering employees to self-direct their own success.Diversity and Inclusion.Community engagement.How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced credit professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
