Location: South Guildford, WA
Key Responsibilities: Full management of assigned debtors ledger, including collections, allocation, dispute management, and reconciliation.Achieve days sales outstanding (DSO), aged debt profile, and doubtful debt goals.Effectively manage key accounts and make decisions on customer trading status, debt collection strategy, and order approval within credit policy.Efficiently manage the Credit Limit Exceed report.Handle disputed invoices and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cash collections and customer satisfaction.Timely and accurate allocation of customer payments and account reconciliation.Identify high-risk customers and implement appropriate mitigation measures with the Credit Supervisor.Seek opportunities to improve processes and activities.Requirements: Proven credit expertise and a can-do attitude.Exceptional organisational skills for managing tasks in demanding environments.Proficiency in meticulous account reconciliation.Ability to meet personal and team objectives.Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas.Problem-solving skills with stakeholder influence.Familiarity with ERP software like SAP is highly advantageous.What we offer: Job security with a consistent pipeline of work.Unrivalled training and development via The WesTrac Institute.Free and secure on-site parking.Fantastic team environment and inclusive work culture.Made for More Rewards program with discounts at retailers like Woolworths, Caltex, Apple, Crown, Qantas and many more.Discounted health insurance, income protection insurance, and salary sacrifice options.If you are interested in taking your career to the next level with WesTrac click the 'Apply' button today!
