Job Description The key responsibilities include:
Oversee the debtor's ledger, including collections, payment allocation, dispute resolution, and reconciliation.Meet targets for DSO and aged debt reduction.Make informed credit policy decisions regarding customer trading status, debt collection, and order approvals.Manage the Credit Limit Exceed report and address disputed invoices.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely cash collections and maintain customer satisfaction.Allocate payments promptly, identify high-risk customers, implement risk mitigation strategies, drive process improvements, and resolve customer inquiries. The Successful Applicant A successful Credit Officer should possess the following:
