Drive the reduction of overdue balances, adhering to agreed KPIs.
Perform accurate account reconciliations.
Undertake additional tasks as needed to secure timely invoice payments and collections.
Provide key insights and feedback to the Credit Team Leader regarding collection activities.
Follow up on agreed actions with customers to ensure successful collections.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly cash targets.
Demonstrate effective time management in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Must-have Previous Credit Control experience of at least 2 years Medium to high level understanding of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel and Outlook Exceptional attention to detail Strong ability to work with numbers Strong understanding of Receivables Fundamentals Nice-to-have Experience with Credit Risk Management or Analytics will be highly valued Experience within the Construction Industry AICM membership and qualifications will be highly valued Accounting Experience/Qualification Benefits: #5 in Australia' Best Workplace list 2024 (in the medium category) and Certified as a Great Place to Work four years running.
