The Company

They are now seeking a confident and motivated Credit Officer experienced in managing both small and major accounts.
The Position
This standalone role requires a dynamic individual with comprehensive experience in managing the full credit function, with a strong emphasis on major accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
Daily bank allocations and reconciliations using Xero
Ledger management, overseeing a ledger of 500 active accounts with a mix of small & major accounts
Collections, conducting email and outbound collection calls to collect of outstanding debts
Setting up new accounts
Customer support and resolving customer queries and re-sending invoices
Placing orders on hold and releasing as needed
Payment processing, handling payments, claims, rebates and credits notes
Assist with ad hoc duties
The Candidate
Knowledge of Excel using Pivot Tables and V-lookups
Ability to work in the office 5 days per week
Strong relationship skills with the ability to influence customers
Experience and or confidence managing a standalone position
Experience managing major accounts including claims, rebates and credit notes
The Benefits
$75,000 - $80,000 plus super
