About the role We are looking for an energetic and driven AR Professional with experience in the AR function who enjoys a fast paced and evolving environment. This role comes with a variety of Credit/AR duties to support the AR/Finance team, offering future development and career opportunities as Jaybro Group continues its journey on a rapid growth trajectory.
The successful applicant will deliver WOW service via phone and email. Your proven strong communication, time management and organisational skills will ensure you build strong working relationships with customers and manage the collections and risk management of the business.

Responsibilities Oversee and manage a dedicated debtor ledger. Drive the reduction of overdue balances, adhering to agreed KPIs. Perform accurate account reconciliations. Undertake additional tasks as needed to secure timely invoice payments and collections. Provide key insights and feedback to the Credit Team Leader regarding collection activities. Follow up on agreed actions with customers to ensure successful collections. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Consistently meet or exceed monthly cash targets. Demonstrate effective time management in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. Maintain a high level of attention to detail. Must-have Previous Credit Control experience of at least 2 years Medium to high level understanding of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel and Outlook Exceptional attention to detail Strong ability to work with numbers Strong understanding of Receivables Fundamentals Nice-to-have Experience with Credit Risk Management or Analytics will be highly valued Experience within the Construction Industry AICM membership and qualifications will be highly valued Accounting Experience/Qualification Benefits: #5 in Australia' Best Workplace list 2024 (in the medium category) and Certified as a Great Place to Work four years running.
