The business has exceptional tenure within its Credit team, as well as across other finance and operational areas.Job DescriptionThe Credit Officer position is responsible for coordinating end to end credit for a ledger of circa.
800-1000 accounts.
On a day to day, this will include:Overseeing high volume credit and collections for assigned ledger.Risk management and negotiation of credit limits and payment terms.Management of debtor reporting monthly and yearly.Dispute resolution.Collaboration with internal sales teams regarding customer accounts.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have a strong background in credit/collections, coupled with experience managing high volume collections within a large organisation.
Other key experience includes:Strong experience with systems (ideally Oracle or JD Edwards), and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role.Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers, as well as ability to manage disputes.Strong attention to detail.Well developed verbal and written communication skills.What's on OfferOn offer is a permanent full-time role, within a stable and recognised organisation.
