We are looking for Credit Controllers fluent in Spanish
As a Credit Controller, you will be accountable for the day-to-day support of credit management & collections; maximizing cash collection, minimizing credit risk & maintaining audit standards for the business.
You will protect and maximize the company's investments through effective management of your own sales ledger and coordinate outstanding collections, minimizing aged items.
You will promote excellent customer service with a proactive and solution-focused approach and work through unallocated cash queries, collaborating with the wider collections team to resolve account queries.
Most day-to-day internal and external communications will be in English, but you will also need to communicate in writing and orally in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, or German.

Support the business receivables by reviewing old balances on accounts and investigating.
Manage fraud risk, credit risk, and trade compliance risks associated with both new customers and the existing customer portfolio.
This includes identification, continuous monitoring, and timely communication of these risks to relevant stakeholders.
Compile, analyze, and interpret information to facilitate the approval of credit facilities or make onward recommendations.
Recommend process improvements and support the credit management team with testing and rollout of new/changes to process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Review orders on hold and release where possible.
Manage your allocated ledger, ensuring internal and external queries are actioned or referred in a timely manner.
Provide support to others in the Credit Control team as needed.
What we are looking for
A willingness to learn new skills is key.
Experience and knowledge in any of the following would be an advantage:
Fluent English and communication skills in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, or German.
Credit control experience in a B2B environment.
Resilience and adaptability in a changing environment.
Experience dealing with multiple currencies.
Understanding of sales ledgers and their impact on the business.
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally to diverse audiences.
Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good standard of IT literacy; experience with cloud-based CRM platforms is an advantage.
