Credit Controller at Amerge is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility regarding working hours and a hybrid working scheme allowing you to work two days per week from home. Your key duties will include proactively chasing customers, negotiating payment plans, identifying potential high-risk customers, accounting tasks, general ad hoc admin and building strong internal & external stakeholder relationships. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate. We are looking for an organized proactive self-starter, who learns swiftly, thinks critically and is enthusiastic about working with a quickly growing global brand. Reporting on debt position to CEO Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks Managing and collecting debts from company debtors Setting up the terms of credit for new clients Negotiating payment plans and managing the collection of all payments and debts Accounting and treasury tasks Treasury meaning payments Responding to client inquiries Assisting with the issuing of letters of demands and legal proceedings Managing bad debt levels and assisting in provisioning for bad debt Assisting in the preparation of management and operational reports Managing debt collections and arrears through regular follow-up and review Performing DSP and Search Audits Various tasks as per management's request Ability to multitask and prioritize key deliverables Comfortable with a fast-paced international environment +4 years related work experience Previous experience in accounting is a must Fluency in English (in respect to writing, reading, speaking and communication) and Slovak Experience in a data and results-oriented environment with both internal and external customer interaction Be comfortable with routine work Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Power Point and Word) 3+ years' experience in Finance within e-commerce companies Proven knowledge of Accruals, Manual Entries, Payments Expense Management and Country Ownership Experience contacting and providing solutions for company's needs in a target-based environment Ability to understand new trends and work backwards from customer needs Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Able to work in a diverse team 1800- 2500 EUR (gross) full-time.
