Based at our office in Campbellfield, VIC, this full-time permanent opportunity will see you assisting with the day-to-day management of debtor accounts and managing debt recovery and reconciliation of COD accounts.ResponsibilitiesProtecting and maximising the revenue inflow through efficient and effective management of the customer base, credit, and cash collection.Work closely with all teams across the business to maximise potential returns, minimise customer default risk, and maximise collection of debt.Support the Credit Management by ensuring visibility of credit issues and escalating process non-compliance and trading terms non-compliance.Contribute toward continuous improvement, with a view to streamline and with the guidance of the team lead and to implement processes and procedures.Ongoing data maintenance including credit limit reviews and credit application compliance.What you will need to succeedCredit control experience in a high-volume collection's role.The role involves excellent negotiation skills and diplomacy both with internal and external stakeholders.Problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.Assist to identify, develop, and deliver initiatives to improve accounts receivable processes and services.Our businessAdbri Limited is a constructions materials and industrial minerals manufacturing company that has been building a better Australia since 1882.
