Our client is an industry leader in security services seeking an experienced, passionate and motivated person to join their finance team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
This role reports directly to the Credit Manager as a Credit Controller to support with duplicated payments, compliance credits and payments without remittance.

Key accountabilities:Reviewing and opening new credit account applications.Telephone / email collection and reconciliation of overdue accounts.Respond to requests for information from both internal and external customers.Liaising with individual stakeholders and managers as required regarding outstanding accounts.What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be responsible for the duties outlined above and will require the following:

Essential experienceAt least 2-5 years credit/collections experiencePreviously worked in a fast-paced environmentExperienced with using a large ERP system (mandatory)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work with General Manager's Ms and branch ManagersConfident and professionalExperienced in Excel - pivot tables, v-lookups - intermediate to advancedMust be a team playerMust have a good attention to detail and high levels of accuracyMust have good phone mannerisms and clear communicationWhat you'll get in returnSupportive TeamCompetitive Annual Salary Package - $75k - $80k + SuperWFH FlexibilityWestern Sydney LocationWhat you need to do now
