You will be responsible for:
Contacting overdue account holders.
Negotiating payment plans and settlements.
Documenting interactions and agreements.
Monitoring and updating account statuses.
Maintaining accurate records.
Preparing and submitting collection activity reports.
Analyzing data to identify trends.
Ensuring activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Staying updated on legal changes.
Coordinating with internal departments and external agencies.
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years experience in debt collection
Experience working with Xero (desirable)
Excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail
Experience in the digital marketing industry (desirable)
