About the role Our Credit team in Finance is currently sourcing a 12-month maternity leave cover to join our team as a Credit Controller – Admin based in Chipping Norton, NSW.
Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will assist across the team in monitoring and maintaining debtors' ledger whilst providing administrative support and maintenance to key Master Data.
The position offers an immediate start, with potential opportunities to go permanent plus ongoing career development and on-the-job training.
Daily task & responsibilities this role may involve: • Assist with follow up of collection and allocation of all cash accounts, staff account and service accounts.
• Opening and preparation & review of account applications for submission • Accurate and time relevant PPSR registrations and cancellations.
• Master Data maintenance and changes • Release of orders from credit hold • Contact customers regarding outstanding debt • Attend to customer account queries • Manage and maintain all general administrative duties.
About you To be successful in this role, you will have: • Previous experiences in a credit control or similar environment.
• Exposure to SAP and Microsoft is ideal • Well-developed communication, negotiating and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a high-volume environment & ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively in a people-centered environment.
