About your new job:
Working within a small credit team your responsibilities will include:

Contact Customers to follow up on overdue accountsHandle customer queries and resolve customer disputesProduce overdue reminder letters each monthReceipting and allocating customer paymentsBank reconciliationsAssist with new Accounts & Credit ApplicationsAdditional ad-hoc tasks as required
About You:
You will be an experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer with the ability to manage a high volume ledger.
Previous background in a similar role idealSound knowledge of ExcelIdeally some exposure to large ERP SystemsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build relationships and handle payment negotiation
