Woods & Co have partnered with a family owned business, known for its craftsmanship in creating bespoke pieces. A rich history spanning more than 100 years. They are continuing to expand and are seeking an experienced Credit Control Officer to join the tight knit team.

What do you do: Enter orders into our accounting software. Invoice using Netsuite from "ASANA". Verify transactions for compliance with financial policies. Process credit notes to maintain accurate customer accounts. Generate customer account statements and follow-up notices. Handle account applications and gather necessary debtor information. Perform general filing and payment allocation tasks. Prepare monthly debtors reports and deposit reconciliations. Conduct weekly debt collection for overdue accounts. Manage communication and records for potential legal proceedings. Report to management on outstanding issues and potential debtor problems. Issue COD balance tax invoices and manage upcoming installations. Administer refunds for overpayments and handle new credit applications. What do you need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Proven experience in accounting and credit control roles. Strong understanding of financial policies and procedures. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
