Credit Control Executive

Accounts Receivable/Credit Control (Accounting)

Work closely with Sales and Finance team on collection updates, credit release and overdue accounts. Conduct credit and financial background checks on new customer applications. Review, analyze, and solve customer credit collection problems. Oversee daily collection contracts and proactively monitor outstanding account receivables in accordance with the company's collection process. Actively monitor and document customers whose aging becomes severe; take appropriate action, including reminders or legal actions if necessary. Review policies, guidelines & procedures to further streamline the credit control processes. Liase with lawyer for long outstanding and bad debtors. Prepare all the relevant credits reports and analysis report for the Board of Directors and Credit Control Committee in a timely & accurate manner. Attend Sales and Credit Control meetings. Perform other duties and assignments assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience as a Credit Controller, with a minimum of 5 years in accounts receivable or similar extensive work experience. Preferably Senior Executive. Good communication skills with the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information. Good analytical skills, demonstrating knowledge and experience in reviewing and interpreting financial reports and data. Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills. Applicants must be willing to work in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh .
