Accounts Receivable/Credit Control (Accounting)
Work closely with Sales and Finance team on collection updates, credit release and overdue accountConduct credit and financial background check on new customer applicationTo review, analyze and solve customer credit collection problemOversee daily collection contracts and proactively monitor outstanding account receivables in accordance with the company's collection processActively monitor and document customers whose aging becomes severe, take appropriate action, including reminders or legal actions if necessary.Review policies, guidelines & procedures to further streamline the credit control processesLiase with lawyer for long outstanding and bad debtorsPrepare all the relevant credits reports and analysis report for the Board of Directors and Credit Control Committee in a timely & accurate mannerAttend Sales and Credit Control meetingsPerform others duties and assignment assigned from time to timeQualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.At least 3 years of working experience as a Credit Controller, a minimum 5 years in accounts receivable or similar extensive work experience.Preferably Senior Executive.Good communication skills with ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.Good analytical skills, demonstrate knowledge and experience in reviewing and interpreting financial reports and data.Effective decision-making and problem-solving skillsApplicants must be willing to work in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Malaysia?
