Our client specialises in access solutions, utilising its Elevating Work Platform, scaffolding, and swing stage capabilities to provide safe access solutions to its customers.
About your new job As a Credit Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the operations.
Your duties will include but not be limited to: Perform basic Credit Control responsibilities for Australia and New Zealand.
Maintain the motor vehicle register, leases, and purchases, along with managing fuel cards, tolls, and fines.
Handle banking processes, credit collections, and accounting duties.
Provide administrative duties to the credit/collections team.
Attend and participate in the monthly AR meetings with the credit and branch managers.
Address month-end and yearly auditor queries.
Conduct internal reporting.
About you!
Experience using SAGE, Evolution, and/or Excel (V-lookup) would be a benefit.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities.
Experience in motor vehicle fleet management, credit control, and accounting functions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
